Ms. Flores graduated cum laude from Regent University School of Law in 2011 and from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2006. While in law school, she served as Chair of the Regent Law Moot Court Board. She also served as the brief writer for the Regent Team in the Billings, Exum, & Frye National Moot Court Competition; winning the overall Best Brief award. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland and Virginia. She is also a member of the Prince William County Bar Association, the Virginia Women Attorneys Association, and the Military Spouse JD Network.

Ms. Flores currently practices primarily in the areas of family law and special education advocacy.  Ms. Flores also handles other civil litigation matters, contract negotiation, and contract drafting services. Ms. Flores possesses a sharp analytic mind and demonstrates a superior ability to organize complex details into a focused coherent viewpoint.  She zealously advocates for her clients, striving for the best possible outcomes whether through settlement or litigation.

Prior to joining the Reed Law Firm, Ms. Flores served as a contract negotiator and a civilian attorney with the Department of the Navy, Office of the General Counsel (Navy OGC). In this position, she supported program offices and advised program managers on government acquisition regulations and fiscal law matters implicated during the pre-award stage of high-dollar defense acquisitions. Ms. Flores served as a summer law clerk for the Navy OGC’s highly-selective summer clerkship program in 2010 and has worked at the Washington Navy Yard and the Pentagon. She is fluent in Vietnamese.
